Introducing a single variety Katy cider made slowly using wild yeasts and natural sugars. We created this special cider to celebrate the opening of our tap room, which was delayed due to the current circumstances. It is a limited release of only 200 cases!

This single variety cider is grassy on the nose, clear filtered, light and carbonated. The taste is fruity, floral and refreshing with a smooth, astringent finish.

Naturally free from gluten and suitable for vegans.
