Exciting Retail News: Waitrose & Beyond
We are thrilled to announce that we have secured a listing with Waitrose for this coming spring. This is a monumental step for us and a testament to the quality and appeal of our "real cider." We are eagerly looking forward to rolling this out and seeing our bottles on their shelves.
In addition, we are in active discussions with other major supermarkets and have received keen interest to expand our listing with Co-op. We hope to share more details on these developments very soon.
Our Roadmap for Growth
We have created a solid strategy to deliver self-sustained growth. Over the next 12 months, we will be reducing overheads and temporarily reducing our product complexity to build a strong foundation for introducing new to market products next year.
Here is our three-stage plan:
Stage 1: Finalise & Secure Short-Term Growth (6–9 Months)
Goal: Secure the remaining £50k minimum investment to maintain our +26% YoY growth trajectory.
Action: Shares will be issued once these funds are gathered.
Investor Perk: We will open a trader page allowing existing investors to trade shares with fellow share holders for those wishing to trade shares. Investor updates will be moved to quarterly updates for better viability of our progress and implementation of our plans and a new sustainability report will be issued annually too.
Stage 2: Finalise & Secure Medium-Term Growth (9–18 Months)
Goal: Secure the second phase of our growth with a £150k investment through a mixture of Debt and/or Equity funding.
Action: Launch the 2nd stage of funding. Securing the second round of funding is essential and will cement the cidery into self sustained growth for years to come.
Investor Perk: New “Core Community” investor cards will be sent out so you can enjoy discounts in our taproom and online. Investors Portal will be launch to help keep all our investors up to date with the latest news.
Stage 3: Delivery & Long-Term Expansion
Goal: Maintain sales momentum into the on-trade sector with focus on retail growth with our core existing products.
Action: Implement our new marketing strategy: a focus on high-quality digital content to drive traffic to our web shop and taproom and appeal to a wider audience of cider fans.
Investor Perk: Building on the foundation of the Core community with wider access to products nationally, taproom discounts on events, annual investor parties and exclusive limited edition products.
