His career has encompassed TV, Film and Radio alongside his skills as a stand-up, and he is now one of the biggest Scottish acts on the UK comedy circuit. He has had a consecutive succession of sell out shows at The Glasgow Comedy Festival and joined esteemed popular comedy-improv group Dance Monkey Boy, Dance! with their show being recorded for BBC Radio. He has also appeared at many other festivals including the Edinburgh Festival Fringe and Leith Festival. Good Kids

Kieran Ahern and Tom Dowling, aka Good Kids, met in the playground at the age of 4. They're daft, weird and lairy. They have been taking the Midlands and wider UK comedy scene by storm for the last few years and have been nominated for a bunch of awards. Kieran is the curvaceous one and Tom is the other one.

Louise Leigh

Louise Leigh took up stand up when her kids were eight and 10. They are remarkably cool about it, even though they are now both teens and find almost everything else she does excruciatingly embarrassing. Louise is a stalwart of the supportive and active Bristol comedy scene and runs the Funny Women Time of the Month South West. This year she took her first solo show to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival where it got a ★★★★ review.

Mark Row

Despite being relatively new to stand-up, Mark Row has been making rapid progress. In his first year in comedy he made a documentary A1: The Long Road to Edinburgh following his journey from zero experience of stand up comedy to a show at The Edinburgh Festival. Having finished working on the film the journey has continued, and Mark has been gigging all over the country since.

Three leading comedians will put on an excellent evening of entertainment:

Nick Page

Nick Page is an experienced, versatile comic with a unique storytelling style. He won English Comedian of the Year in 2018, got to the live finals of Britain’s Got Talent, has had sell out shows at the Edinburgh Fringe and has performed in over 100 countries, in every kind of venue from festival tents, arts centres, theatres and pubs to open air stages in war zones where shows got interrupted by missile attacks. Many of his stories are (mostly) true accounts of his bizarre life - he’s been a bouncer, a car dealer, an estate agent, a disgraced daytime TV presenter, a convicted forger and now at 50 is a first time Dad. An experienced performer for military audiences in the UK, Nick has performed over 800 forces gigs across the UK, as well as in Cyprus, Turkey, Estonia, Poland, Germany, Hungary, Czechia, Oman, Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Afghanistan. Nick also performs for all the major military charities, and is comic in residence for the Royal Marines Charity. He is quite possibly the best comedian that you've never heard of. - mirthcontrolcomedy.com

Matt Bragg

Matt is a master of delivery, with timing that keeps you hanging on the edge and then the edge again. His dry humour and subtle anecdotes leaves the audience listening intently wanting more of the cool, calm and collected comedian. The son of television warm up man Bobby Bragg, Matt has been performing stand up all over the country for the last five years. With a unique, low energy, deadpan style and meticulously crafted material, he has been gaining acclaim from audiences, promoters and comedians alike.

As well as performing at some of the largest clubs in the UK, supporting Harry Hill, Lloyd Griffith (Soccer AM) and Phoenix Night’s Clinton Baptiste on tour, he was also selected for Just The Tonic’s Big Value showcase at the Edinburgh Festival in 2019. He was also nominated, and finished as the runner up, in the prestigious Leicester Mercury’s Comedian of the Year along with becoming a finalist and winner respectively in Manford’s New Act of The Year and Bury Met New Act of The Year. - manfordscomedyclub.com

Sarah Johnson

A fun, lively and stand-out act who is always a great addition to any line-up. In 2017 she was voted ‘Best Midlands Comedy Breakthrough Act’ as well as receiving a nomination for ‘Best New Show’ at Leicester Comedy Festival. She has continued to leave audiences in stitches up and down the country. A proud and fierce mother and wife, Sarah harnesses the energy of the stresses of being organised and multitasking whilst funnelling it through the reality that our bodies and modern life are gross and therefore should be laughed at through a microphone to strangers. - justthetonic.com
